From regular maintenance to repairs, we can take the hassle out of spa ownership. Water quality is a huge factor in a good hot tub experience, that’s why you should choose a maintenance plan. Hot Tub services are offered year-round!

Weekly Maintenance

- Draining of hot tub

- Clean spa shell, exterior panels and cover
- Re-fill tub with fresh water
- Test & balance water

Drain & Re-Fill

Its recommended to drain and refill your spa every 90 days at minimum.

1. CAPACITY CONFIRMATION - All listed prices apply to hot tubs 750 gallons or less. Incorrect service requests will result in adjusted billing. 2. SCHEDULING - Tanner’s Pool Service will provide all scheduled dates. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the scheduled date falls on a holiday, your tub may be visited either the day before or after, depending on the holiday. 3. BASE FEES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES - All listed fees are base prices subject to change. All chemicals are billed separately and will be applied to next invoice. 4. ACCESS - Access to your hot tub, including locked gates, doors or covers must be granted to technician to enable the successful completion of services. Refusal of entry may lead to service cancellation without refunds or prorating. 5. CHEMICALS & MATERIALS - Necessary chemicals are separately billed for accuracy in billing. 6. REPAIRS - Tech will promptly notify homeowners of necessary repairs requiring homeowner approval and, in some cases, a deposit. 7. PAYMENTS - Monthly or seasonal pre-payment is required to confirm and initiate services. 8. FREEZING TEMPS - If temperatures are below 32 at time of service, filter cleaning, tub filling and other services which require the use of your hose spigot must be skipped. 9. INITIATION OF SERVICE - Before any maintenance service, ensure the hot tub is in working order and clean. Significantly dirty or non functional tubs may require additional services incurring extra charges. 10. SERVICE AREA - Locations beyond our 15-mile radius service area (Peoria) are subject to travel fees of $1/mile 11. CANCELLATION - This agreement remains effective until written cancellation or winterization of the hot tub, whichever occurs first. Either party reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the conditions outlined above.
