Standard weekly service consists of 1 visit per week and will be performed in accordance with items and services listed on this contract. 1. SERVICE PROCEDURES, AS NEEDED - Vacuum, skim surface, empty basket(s), test & balance chemicals, brush, clean filter, leaf blow pool area. 2. FEES: All fees listed are base prices that serve as a starting point for residential pools and are subject to change. • Small Pools: Under 3,500 Gal. - $84.00 • Medium Pools 3.5k – 10k Gal. - $94.50 • Large Pools 10-25k Gal. -$110.25 3. ADD ON(s) - • Attached Spa = Permanent spillover spa attached to pool, utilizing the same equipment as pool. • Standalone Hot Tub = Any Spa / Hot tub under 750 gallons ran by separate equipment from pool. Standalone Hot Tub add-on consists of vacuuming debris, chemical balancing and cleaning of the filters & waterline as necessary. 4. POOL COVERS - Any outdoor pool which does not utilize an auto-cover is subject to “Non-covered Pool” Add-On. We will remove / install automatic covers only. You are responsible for keeping a cover pump on the covering material. If pumping of cover is required by technician, standard labor rates of $75 per 30 min will apply. If your pool has a manual or solar cover(s), please ensure that the cover(s) are removed prior to the service technician arriving. Failure to remove manual or solar cover will result in a chemical-only service with no refunds or prorating. 5. ACCESS - Access to your pool, including locked gates, doors or covers, must be granted to our technician to enable the successful completion of services. If we are denied entry to your pool, we reserve the right to cancel service, and you will be liable to pay for the incomplete service. No refunds or prorating will be given for lockouts. 6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES - It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the water level in the pool. We cannot be responsible for any equipment damage or other issues that arise as the result of the low water level. 7. PARTS & CHEMICALS- Our technician will deliver and administer all chemicals necessary for the treatment of your pool. All chemicals and materials will be applied to your next invoice. 8. INITIATION OF SERVICE - To Initiate weekly maintenance services, your pool must first be clear & cleaned of excess debris. Pools that are significantly dirty/cloudy or green may require additional cleaning services, such as green-to-clean before the initiation of basic weekly maintenance. Additionally, all current pool equipment shall be sized effectively & in a safe, working order. 9. REPAIRS - If your pool or equipment needs replacement parts, the technician will make a note and notify the homeowner in a timely manner. Most repairs will require approval and in some cases deposit from the homeowner prior to replacement. 10. PAYMENT(s) - All services require monthly or seasonal pre-payment to confirm your reservation and initiate service(s). If payment has not been received by the day of service, any service(s) will be suspended until your balance is paid in full. 11. SERVICE AREA - Locations beyond our 15-mile radius service area (Peoria) are subject to travel fees of $1.05/mile 12. SEASONAL PLANS - “Seasonal plans” consisting of a minimum of 20 consecutive full-service maintenance visits are eligible for 1 free full-service visit. Service must be paid in full to be eligible for free visit. The complimentary visit will be applied only after 20 paid services have been completed. 13. CANCELLATION - This agreement is effective from the date of authorized submission until cancellation in writing. The Authorized representative may cancel and/or terminate this agreement with a balance of $00.00. By Submitting & Accepting terms, I understand that Tanner's Pool Service will not be held liable for equipment failures or any acts of nature not in our control.
